Bunker is a development and construction-management business working across the Kent and Surrey commuter belt. We manage projects for private clients on property they own or are buying, and we develop our own residential schemes. We are based in Sevenoaks.

How we are set up
Bunker Private is paid by homeowners to deliver their projects. Bunker Developments takes development risk on our own and joint-venture schemes, held through project SPVs. The same people run both, to the same standard, on the same system. Each arm is the reason to trust the other.
Where
Sevenoaks and its villages, Tunbridge Wells, the Surrey Hills, and green belt land with planning potential. Working a defined patch means we know the planning officers, the ground, and which trades actually turn up.
